The Service

Launchpad by WYNT (“Launchpad”, “we”, “us”) provides website design, hosting, domain registration, and professional email for NDIS providers. The service is operated by WYNT Creative Group Pty Ltd, ABN 44 631 832 310.

Free Trial

All new customers receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial you get full access to your website, domain, and email — it's the real deal, not a demo.

Domain Registration

Your domain is registered during the trial period. This is a real domain registered on your behalf — not a placeholder. The domain is registered through WYNT Creative Group Pty Ltd's reseller account but it belongs to you. We'll transfer it to you on request at any time.

Early cancellation: If you cancel during the 30-day trial and want to keep your domain, you'll be charged the domain registration cost (approximately $15–20 for .com.au or $12 for .com) plus a $25 domain transfer fee. If you don't want to keep the domain, no fee is charged and the domain is released.

Pricing & Billing

After your free trial, plans are billed monthly: Starter at $99/month or Growth at $199/month. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts — cancel any time.

Payment is processed via Stripe. If payment fails, we'll reach out to sort it out. Sites may be suspended after 14 days of continued non-payment.

Content Ownership

You own all content you provide to us — your text, images, logos, and business information. WYNT owns the platform code, templates, and design system that power your site.

Content Updates

Unlimited reasonable-use content update requests are included with every plan. Need to change your hours, add a service, or update a photo? Just ask. Bulk requests (50+ pages at once) may be quoted separately.

Hosting & Uptime

Your website is hosted on the Vercel edge network for fast, reliable performance. We provide best-effort hosting but don't offer a formal SLA or uptime guarantee.

Privacy

We collect your business information solely for the purpose of creating and managing your website. We don't sell your data to third parties. We'll use your email for service communications and, with your consent, occasional marketing updates. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email before they take effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
